The Pediatric Team at Lynn Community Health Center will take care of your children from birth, through their school age years, and into young adulthood.
Your pediatric provider will assess your child’s health care needs, provide health education, and offer resources and support as your child grows and develops throughout the years.
Lynn Community Health Center’s care model is based on the belief that Primary Care is more than the control or absence of physical illness. Our vision is to promote and support the overall health and wellbeing for all of our patients.
Our pediatric department will provide well child exams at recommended intervals based on age, as well as managing sick visits and referring to specialty care as appropriate. We have integrated behavioral health care, and dental and eye care available on-site. Your providers work together to ensure that you get the best care possible.
Your children’s pediatric care team consists of your pediatric provider, a dedicated team of healthcare professionals who specialize in the needs of children and adolescents, and most importantly, you and your family. As a crucial member of the team, you will be involved in decisions about your child’s health and health care.
