Lynn Community Health Center (LCHC) is the largest provider of primary care, behavioral health, eye care, and dental services in one of the most medically underserved communities in Massachusetts. Established in 1971 as a small storefront mental health clinic, we now have more than 600 employees at multiple sites throughout the city of Lynn. We serve more than 41,000 individuals annually – 35% of all Lynn residents.
LCHC is committed to social justice and provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
Resumes and applications received by LCHC are acknowledged by the Human Resources Department. Interviews are scheduled by the hiring manager for applicants whose qualifications best meet the needs of the department and the health center.
Other ways to get involved:
There are many ways you can get involved or support LCHC.
”I love working at LCHC because it is an opportunity to give back to the community and our patients and make a difference around us. I get great joy when I can assist patients from an eviction, or if they have a lack of food or transportation, or any other difficulties they are facing. Every single one of my patients is very special, and I love working with them and the community.

”I work with some of the best colleagues in medicine. I am also fortunate to work on a multidisciplinary team, so I work every day with Nurse Practitioners, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Therapists, Peer Recovery Coaches, Community Health Workers, Medical Assistants who are outstanding. And, I work in a place where, any time we identify a need for food, a need for housing, a need for childcare, I am able to connect my patients with those resources.
