We are thrilled to share with you, our family and community, our new Lynn Community Health Center logo. It is exciting to usher in this next season of healthcare, especially as we look forward to celebrating our first 50 years of service in the spring of 2022.
Over the next weeks, you’ll see us changing the logo around our buildings and paperwork. If you use our logo on your website as a community partner or resource, you can find our new logo here to replace it.

From the very beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Lynn Community Health Center remained committed and open, providing consistent and desperately needed care to patients. To date, we have performed over 75,000 COVID-19 tests, and in partnership with the City of Lynn and the MGB, provided over 83,000 doses of all 3 COVID-19 vaccines. Our Mobile COVID-19 Vaccine Team partnered with over 75 community partners (many of YOU!) and offered over 300 hours of community education as part of our strategy to ensure health equity and adequate access to care.
We offered a range of services. This included our integrated Primary Care and Behavioral Health (and Telewellness when appropriate), Urgent Care, Dental Services, Eye Care, our WIC program, OB-GYN Care, Substance Use Disorder Treatment, 18 School-Based Health Centers, Medical Respite care, and so much more. Together, we stayed true to our mission to provide high-quality healthcare to our diverse community.
