LCHC Adopts New Electronic Health Record System

On May 19, Lynn Community Health Center will launch a new Electronic Health Record (EHR) system that will enable us to better manage your care.  We appreciate your patience as we adjust to the new system.

There are several things you should know about this transition:

  • We ask for your patience and understanding as we adjust to our new system.  There may be longer than usual delays for the first few weeks.
  • We are doing our best to ensure that all of your information is properly tranferred, but please bring identification and insurance information with you to your next visit just in case we need to confirm your information in our new system.
  • In the coming months we will be offering you MyChart, our free patient portal. With online access to your health care provider’s office and your medical record, good health is now more convenient than ever.  Through MyChart, you can manage routine health care matters whenever you want. Appointments, medications, immunizations, and certain lab results can be seen safely and easily online.
