Civil Surgeon
If you are coming to the U.S. as a refugee, parolee status, new immigrant or employee, or you are an employer who hires from another country, LCHC can help. Our team provides required immigration (Green Card) physicals for the Dept. of Homeland Security and U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services (USCIS or INS).
LCHC doctors who perform immigration physicals are designated Civil Surgeons, as required by law. They are selected by the USCIS to conduct medical exams for people who are non-residents of the United States and are applying for permanent residence, or who are otherwise required to have a medical exam.
